This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar browser storage Consentivo's own website (consentivo.com, including the dashboard) uses when you visit or use it. It is published by Filova Ltd (company number 17263134, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom).
This document is about our own site. It is not about the cookies Consentivo's consent-banner product helps our customers manage on their own websites — that product's role is described in our Privacy Policy (consentivo.com/en/legal/privacy-policy) and Data Processing Agreement (consentivo.com/en/legal/dpa).
We group our own storage by purpose rather than listing an exact number of entries, because the exact names and count set by our authentication provider can change with its own versions.
Language preference — a cookie, set for every visitor. When you open any
page on consentivo.com, we store your page's language (tr or en) in a
first-party cookie named lang, so that a later visit to an address without a
language prefix shows you the same language. It holds only that value, is
valid for up to one year, and is not used to identify or track you.
Theme preference — browser local storage, not a cookie. Your light/dark
theme choice is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never sent to
our servers.
Authentication session — cookies, only once you sign in. When you log in to the dashboard, our authentication provider (Supabase) sets one or more strictly-necessary session cookies so you stay signed in between page loads. These are set only after you sign in, never for an anonymous visitor; they are used to access your account's protected pages; they are not present when Consentivo runs in demo mode with no authentication provider connected; and they contain no advertising or tracking data.
No analytics, advertising or tracking tooling is deployed on this site. We do not run a web-analytics product, an advertising or retargeting pixel, a session recorder, or any other third-party tracking script on consentivo.com, and we do not share your browsing of our own site with any third party for those purposes.
The lang cookie and the authentication cookies are used to provide the site
and the account you asked for. You can delete or block cookies for
consentivo.com in your browser settings at any time; if you block them, your
language choice will not persist between visits and you will not be able to
stay signed in to the dashboard.
If our own site's cookie or storage usage changes — for example if we add product analytics in the future — we will update this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
