Consentivo Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is published by Filova Ltd (company number 17263134, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) and supplements our Terms of Service (consentivo.com/en/legal/terms-of-service).

1. Current position: nothing is charged

Consentivo is provided as a free controlled beta. As of the date above:

• no charges are collected;
• no paid subscription is sold or in force;
• there is no recurring billing and no automatic renewal;
• no payment provider is engaged, and no payment method or card details are requested or stored;
• there is accordingly no paid subscription to cancel, and no paid transaction that could be refunded.

No refund can arise under this Policy today, because no payment can be made. If you have received a message asking you to pay for Consentivo, it did not come from us — please contact support@filova.io.

2. Before billing is enabled

Filova will publish binding payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms — together with the identity of the payment provider — before billing is enabled, and will obtain your acceptance of those terms before any charge is made.

Any plans, prices or paid features described on consentivo.com are non-binding previews of a possible future commercial offering. They may change or be withdrawn, and they do not create an entitlement or an obligation for either party.

3. Stopping use of the Service

You may stop using Consentivo at any time. Because the controlled beta is free, doing so has no financial effect and requires no cancellation step.
