Consentivo is a cookie-consent and compliance platform built by Filova Ltd, a UK-registered company. Our goal is to help website owners work toward compliance with regulations like GDPR, KVKK, and CCPA without wading through legal complexity.

We help you add a consent banner to your site, let your visitors manage their choices, and record each consent decision in an audit-ready format.

Why a UK company?

Filova Ltd is registered in England and Wales. That means a predictable legal framework and clear corporate accountability — spelled out explicitly in our contractual documents (Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement).

Our approach

We build Consentivo privacy-first: consent records are kept append-only and tamper-evident, every legal document we publish is written against our actual code and database schema, and we say plainly what we haven't built yet (like self-service data deletion) instead of overstating it.

Filova Ltd also builds Wava, a WhatsApp automation tool for Turkish SMEs.
